Life 120 recipes

1. Omelette with green beans and ricotta cheese

Ingredientsfor 6 people:
– 250 g. of ricotta
– 200 g. of green beans
– 8 eggs
– 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh mint
– Extra virgin olive oil (always without exaggerating)
– salt and pepper (always without exaggerating)

Ideal as an appetizer or as a light main course.

2. Baked vegetable balls

Ingredients for 4 people
– 200 g. of zucchini
– 200 g. of green beans
– 200 g. of broccoli
– 2 eggs
– a clove of garlic
– 50 g. of grated Parmesan cheese

– some fresh basil leaves

– pepper

3. Carrot and yogurt cake

Ingredients:
– 350 g of carrots
– 50g of almond flour
– 100 g of fructose
– 1 jar of low-fat white yogurt
– 2 eggs
– 1 grated lemon
– 1 sachet of baking powder
– 1/4 vial of almond flavouring

Bake the dough at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

With fructose instead of sugar, the problem of sugar and diseases is completely eliminated resulting from the ingestion of sugar such as diabetes.

4. Pumpkin flans

Ingredients for 4/6 people:
– 1 large pumpkin, peeled and seeded, and cut into cubes
– 1 red onion, peeled and quartered

– 120 ml of cream
– 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan

5. Semifreddo al caffè

Ingredients for 4 people:
– 5 egg yolks
– 50 cl of whipping cream
– 25 cl of small coffee
– 120 g of fructose
– 100 ml of water

Once the mixture of water, coffee, yolks and water has cooled, put it on the stove, add the whipped cream and then put the semifreddo in the freezer for two hours.

    on 3/15/2017, I confidently eliminated all insulin carbohydrates, as the studies you have embraced suggest. 1 egg a day, horse bresaola, goat ricotta, chicken, beef, fish (hake, cod, stockfish, mackerel, anchovies, moscard, squid, calam), cooked and raw vegetables and sometimes aged cheese have made up my regimen food (all organic x as much as possible) which I thought would improve some ailments. To my surprise, the analyzes of 9/6/17 revealed worse cholesterol: from 233 of Nov '16 to 337 (HDL from 120 to 141 - triglyc from 94 to 49) physically no milioram in terms of energy and tone. On the other hand, I lost weight, although I didn't need to: 72 years old, 158 tall, weighed 49 kg, switched to 45/46 and I can't gain weight. What I am writing to you is in the belief that you have an explanation, bearing in mind that I took the orac spices in the maximum daily dosage, suspending them at the end of Nov x mistrust and returning to the oxylift that I had been taking for years 2nd indication from the doctor who follows me, more other supplements and the addition of statins for 2 months.
