Diet of fruit and vegetables for weight loss

Obviously if you start eating 20 consecutive bananas this can create difficulties for our body but in general I can say with certainty that eating fruit every day does nothing but good. The harmful sugars are the processed, refined ones found in almost all fruit juices on the market. In fact, it would be better to prepare fruit juices or fruit and vegetable juices ourselves which are rich in vitamins and fibres.

There are a lot of nutrients in these foods, in fact, which are important for health. These include fiber, vitamins, minerals, as well as a plethora of antioxidants and phytonutrients.

Fiber, especially soluble fiber, has many benefits. This includes reduced cholesterol levels, slowed carbohydrate absorption and an increased sense of satiety. Furthermore, there are many studies showing that soluble fiber can contribute to weight loss.

Fruits and vegetables are therefore rich in vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin C, potassium and folic acid, which many people do not they receive in sufficient quantities.

Of course, fruits and vegetables are food groups. There are dozens (or hundreds) of different fruits and vegetables found in nature and the nutritional compositions can vary greatly between different types of fruits and vegetables.

It stands to reason that if you want to maximize effects on health, you need to focus on fruits and vegetables with the greatest amount of fiber, vitamins and minerals compared to the sugar and calorie content.
