I am always looking for something that is good for our body, that is a source of inspiration forlosing weight or that is the brand newdiet to lose weight| ||106. Oggi voglio parlarvi dei probiotici e la scienza si sta accorgendo che fanno bene in fretta, diciamo che è una novità. Infatti vi chiedo: lo sapevate che i batteri nel vostro corpo superano cellule del vostro corpo 10-1? E’ tutto vero e la maggior parte di loro risiede nel vostro intestino. Ma non c’è davvero alcuna necessità di panico, la maggior parte dei batteri sono abbastanza innocui, anzi avere i batteri giusti è stato anche collegato a numerosi benefici per la salute. What are probiotics?

Secondofficial definition, probiotics are “live microorganisms which, when administered in adequate quantities, confer a benefit on the health of the host”.

I Probiotics are usually bacteria, but there is also a type of yeast that can function as a probiotic.

You can get probiotics from supplements as well as from foods that are prepared with bacterial fermentation.

Probiotic foods include yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, tempeh, kimchi, and others.

Probiotics should not be confused with prebiotics (note the "e"), which are dietary fibers that help nourish the friendly bacteria that are already in your gut.

There are actually dozens of different probiotic bacteria that have been shown to have health benefits. Cheers.

The most common groups include Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium. Then there are many different species within each group, and each species has many strains.

Interestingly, different probiotics seem to work for different health conditions. Therefore, choosing the right type (or types) of probiotic is essential.

Many probiotic supplements combine several species together in the same supplement. These are known as broad-spectrum probiotics, or multi-probiotics.

Probiotics have also been shown to be helpful against irritable bowel syndrome, a very common digestive disorder. They can help reduce gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea and other symptoms.

Some studies also show that probiotics may be beneficial against inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis and can be useful against Helicobacter pylori infections, the main driver of stomach ulcers and cancer.

  1. Hi, I would like to know if you could tell me the right probiotic for intestinal dysbiosis, which caused me a mental disorder, or an obsessive compulsive disorder. In your opinion, could it be that this type of disorder has its origin in the intestines?
